What to include
- Your username (never your sign-in code — we will never ask for it).
- For a privacy or data request (access, correction, deletion): what you need. You can also download or delete your data yourself from Me in the app.
- For a complaint or an appeal against a decision we made: what happened and why you think it was wrong — see our complaints and appeals procedure.
- If you don’t have an account but want to report something on Map My Friends (for example an intimate image of you), say what it shows, the username if you know it, and how we can contact you.
In an emergency call 999. If a child is at risk, you can also report to CEOP (National Crime Agency). More help is listed on our safety page.
